Nonna Rina is the result of Nonno Nanni’s passion and Pastificio Pinton’s experience.
From Nonno Nanni’s passion for quality food and Pastificio Pinton’s manufacturing experience comes a new brand: Nonna Rina is actually a longstanding brand, already known and loved by consumers for its delicious gnocchi and chicche.
Today Nonna Rina has a great new home, entirely devoted to fresh pasta, with an efficient and highly motivated production and sales team to offer consumers superb quality products made the traditional way, from gnocchi and chicche to several varieties of fresh pasta. A love for pasta that’s part of the story of Nonno Nanni, and naturally of Nonna Rina.
We’re constantly seeking to improve our production processes with advanced technology.
We use only high-quality controlled ingredients, always aiming for excellence.
Our production chain is certified and respects the environment.
We use traditional methods at every stage of production, using only simple ingredients and slow, patient processes. Our gnocchi and chicche are carefully processed at low temperatures to preserve all their properties. We use bronze dies for our fresh pasta: a magic trick that embraces any kind of sauce.
Just like granny would do in her own kitchen.
A guarantee of reliability for customers, suppliers, employees and contract workers. We use only high-quality controlled ingredients, always aiming for excellence. Every stage of production, from kneading the dough to packaging, is carried out in rigorous compliance with HACCP standards.
Our factory boasts state-of-the-art machinery that gives excellent quality and maximum hygiene: here we’ve found the perfect recipe to combine artisan values, ancient tradition and modern technology.
Once finished, Nonna Rina products reach every town in Italy fresh and quickly, thanks to our efficient logistics network.
Nonna Rina only uses energy from renewable sources.
Our Cusignana factory has a photovoltaic system on the roof, and another is being installed in Costabissara.
