Potato and spinach chicche with shrimps

Ingredients for 2 people

  • 1 pack Nonna Rina potato chicche with spinach
  • 100 g pouring cream
  • 75 g peeled shrimps
  • 75 g leek
  • olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • chives

Preparation

Sweat the finely-chopped leek in 3 tbsp olive oil. Add the shrimps, season with salt and pepper and pour in the cream. Cook the Nonna Rina chicche with spinach; when they rise to the surface, transfer to the pan with the sauce. Sauté for a couple of minutes then serve, garnished with chives.
